We do not, at this time we only have
the facilities to process traditional laundry.

What forms of payment do you take?
Our machines accept
coins, credit, debit, and our Frequent
Customer Loyalty Cards. We have an ATM
and a change machine on site as well.
What is a Frequent Customer Loyalty Card, and how do I get one?
Our loyalty card is the easiest way to save even more at
No Spot Laundry! You will receive a
10% discount every time you use it.
You can purchase, load and reload your reusable loyalty card anytime
you like at the
kiosk in our laundromat or
here online! Then, just use it to pay for washers and dryers like you would
any other card, and watch the savings add up.
Self-Service Questions:
Where do I park?
We have plenty of
parking right in front of
No Spot Laundry in our large lot. No
driving around for 15 minutes looking for a spot or parallel parking
necessary!
What are your “busy hours”?
Our busiest day of the week is always
Sunday, with peak washing hours occurring between 9:00am and 9:00pm,
followed by Saturdays and evenings. Our
quietest times are Tuesdays through
Thursdays between 6:00am and 3:00pm.
How long does a laundry cycle take?
Our commercial washers and dryers are fast! Most wash cycles take
around 25-30 minutes, and dryer times
are typically 30-40 minutes.
Do you offer laundry products for sale onsite?
You bet! we offer Tide, Gain, and All Free Clear detergents, Clorox
and Oxiclean bleach, and Snuggle or Suavitel fabric softener.
Drop Off Wash & Fold Questions:
Are there any clothes you cannot clean with your Drop Off Wash &
Fold service?
Garments that have
glued on decorations, delicate beading,
or are made out of fibers such as
silk are not recommended, those are
better gently hand washed. If in doubt,
ask us when you drop off!
What is the turn around on a typical drop off order?
You will be able to pick up your items after
24 hours (Monday – Friday)! If you
drop off on a Friday, your clothing will be ready for you the
following Monday.
Is there a minimum charge?
We do have a minimum charge of
$17.50 for drop off orders.
Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customer’s clothes?
Absolutely not! We wash and dry everyone's laundry order
individually in separate machines.
Do I need to sort my clothes by different colors?
No need, we will do all sorting for you! We just ask that you put
items with specific stains you'd like
us to treat in a separate bag and let
us know to treat them before washing.
Do I need to weigh my order?
We have a commercial,
trade certified scale that we use to
weigh all orders, much easier than a household scale!
Can you treat stains?
We can definitely pre-treat stained
items before we wash them. Some are beyond our capability of
removing, but we are successful in getting out many stains.
Please place all items you would like
pre-treated in a separate bag and let
us know in your instructions.
How will I know when my order is complete?
We'll send you a text to let you know
that your clothes are sparkling clean and ready for pickup!
Pick Up & Delivery Questions:
Are there delivery fees?
There are no pickup or delivery fees at
No Spot Laundry, you only pay for the
weight of the laundry that you'd like
us to clean!
Do I get to keep my laundry bag?
Absolutely! Let us know if you have more laundry then the bag can
hold and we will send you a second one for your convenience.
What is the turn around on a typical Pick up & delivery order?
Your laundry will be delivered to your door just
one business day after we pick it up.
Is there a minimum charge for pickup?
For our Pick Up & Delivery service, We have a minimum charge of
$35.
Will you remind me to leave my laundry out for pickup?
Of course! You will receive a
notification from us
a day prior to your pick up to let you
know to leave your laundry out for us.
What if I’m not home when you pick up or deliver?
No problem - just leave your laundry somewhere we can access it and
let us know of its location in your
Pickup/Delivery instructions. Many
people have us leave their laundry at their back door or on the
porch if they are not home. Just make sure it's protected from the
elements!
I missed my pickup day. what now?
You can just arrange another pick up time, and we'll come back
around for you! We do reserve the right to charge a
$10 missed pickup fee.
Will I be notified when my laundry is delivered?
No need to wait by the window, we'll send you a
text when we've delivered your
clothes. It's that easy!

Do I need to sign a contract?
None whatsoever, We'll have to
earn your business each and every
time!
