1) Schedule your Pickup:
Hit the Schedule Pickup button to get
started! You'll let us know the specifics of
how to best treat your valuable clothing, as well as a good
pickup/delivery time. You can also set up
reccuring pickups whenever you'd like!
2) We Collect Your Laundry:
On the day of pickup, collect and bag your
laundry. For your first pickup, please feel free to use
garbage bags or any other disposable bag
(no hampers or baskets please).
13 gallon garbage bags best match the size
of our laundry bags. We'll give you a
No Spot laundry bag free of charge when we
deliver your clean clothes! This bag is
yours to keep, even if you decide to stop
using our Pickup & Delivery service.
If you have any items that need pre-treating for stains or other
special requests, please bag those
separately with a note. Make sure all bags
are labeled as laundry so we don't
accidentally take a wrong bag.
That's it! You don't need to be waiting
around for pickup, just let us know
where and when and we'll come grab your
clothes.
3) Clean Laundry is Delivered Back to You:
Each order is washed separately and tagged
throughout the process to ensure your items
never mingle with other orders. Your clothes
will be washed, dried, and promptly folded and bagged. They will be
returned to you the very next day, neatly
packaged for both privacy and protection. We'll bring it right to your
doorstep!
